A little about us, we opened on June 1, 2025. The Hotel and Restaurant are a brand new build. At Nobu Hotel Toronto, we offer an exclusive experience with just 36 rooms and suites, located on the 41st to 45th floors of the West Tower—hence the nickname "Nobu in the Sky." This intimate setting provides a private sanctuary with breathtaking views. All rates include full breakfast served in Sakura Lounge and a complimentary non-alcoholic in room minibar. For Talent or guests who book suites, breakfast can be sent through in-room dining at no additional charge.
